Mercury Prize nominated folk singer Sam Lee - Grounds Of Its Own, 2012- is playing an "an intimate evening of song and story" on the banks of the River Wye when he comes to Brobury House Gardens on Monday July 24th. The show is hosted by the Friends of the Upper Wye community group to mark Love Your River month. A unique night out.
Blossoming dance festival set amongst 90ft tall poplar trees in a Herefordshire woodland, Into the Woods attracts about 2,000 revellers every summer and has been billed as one of the best small UK festivals on offer. Expect techno, hip-hop, electronica, house, UK garage + street food + wellness workshops from Human Wellness.

The city's Indie Food festival returns to the former car park turned open air dining site over August bank holiday weekend. Founded and still run by the team behind The Buher Shop and The Bookshop restaurants, the festival is once again combining street food with live music. Headlining in 2023 is Craig Charles, with his funk and soul DJ set.

Herefordshire Aero Club, based out of Shobdon aerodome, is launching outdoor movie nights. And the film to begin it with? Top Gun: Maverick, obviously. Gates at the airfield open at 7pm, with the film screening at 8.30pm.

Cafe Barbar brings "the most uplifting journey into the end of civilization you’ll ever encounter" to Hereford on July 30th. Judie Boom's Apocalypse Kapow is a comedy night doubling as a fundraiser to help keep access to Edinburgh Fridge free/affordable to performers. Billed as a show with a smattering of Vic Reeves Big Night Out and some Mark Thomas vibes.
Show starts at 4pm.
