As part of the project team recently awarded Cultural Development Funding for The Arches – Worcester, Severn Arts is developing four Festivals as part of an over-arching creative skills development project.
We are looking for a creative, dynamic arts professional to set the direction for these festivals and inspire and curate a new cultural offer for Worcester.
The successful candidate will lead on the artistic programme and be responsible for a new festivals team to shape, develop and promote the activity. If you are looking to make your mark in a city that is in the first stages of cultural regeneration, we want to hear from you.
